Mindfulness can be hugely beneficial for being in control of your thoughts and how you react and engage with the world around you.
Mindfulness is a superpower. It’s actually incredible to see just how many ways it can improve our physical and mental state. It has been shown to support higher brain functioning, increase immune function, lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, increase awareness, increase attention and focus, increase clarity in thinking and perception, lower anxiety levels, encourage a feeling of calm and lead to feelings of being more connected to people and the world around you.
That is a lot of good stuff!
