Values

The decisions we make are often a reflection of our values and beliefs.

We can call these things ‘values’ or ‘principles’ but they are just things that you really care about and what you think should guide your actions. Values guide our behaviour in all aspects of our life, including our home life, our work life and our social life.

Knowing what’s important to you and what values you want to live by can give you confidence and really help you to find your way through life.

STEP 1: Turn the paper landscape and then divide the paper into 3 areas of column under these following headings:
– Important to me
– Very important to me
– Not important to me

Like this…

STEP 2: Now as you scroll down the following 70 words, write each one of them under one of the headings.

There are quite a few of these so make sure you have space for everything!
