Nonviolent Communication

A simple and powerful way to deal positively with conflict. It can be hard to express yourself in a positive way when you’re angry or upset, and even small disagreements can sometimes grow into bigger arguments and conflict. This activity video takes you through some simple steps to help you say what you want to say, but in a way that does not make things worse and helps reduce any conflict.
